Edgefold Homes has welcomed Billy Seddon as new Land Director, focusing on site acquisitions, development and business growth.
Already a familiar face within the organisation – Billy is brother to Jack Seddon, Edgefold’s Construction Director.
Billy is enjoying being involved in the ongoing growth of Edgefold Homes: “There are lots of exciting projects underway at the moment and I’m looking forward to playing my part in sourcing and developing new opportunities for the business.
“Although relatively new (est. 2019), the company is backed by five generations of Seddon Family construction heritage which brings a huge amount of experience. We are hungry to grow, keen to improve and committed to impressing customers, so it’s a great firm to be a part of.”
Within the wider management team, Billy and Jack Seddon will work closely together and each bring their own skills and experience to every site consideration.
