Get to know our Land Director, Billy Seddon, who focuses on site acquisitions, development and business growth. Billy is also brother to Jack Seddon, Edgefold’s Construction Director. So let’s get to know him better…
What’s the favourite part of your job? I love many things about the job – it is very social and has huge variety. The most rewarding part is receiving planning approval (just wish it happened more frequently) but I would say the most enjoyable aspect is working with our architects and trying to design the most efficient layouts on our new sites.
Who’s your biggest inspiration? I would have to agree with my brother on this one, our grandfather. Someone I respect greatly and learnt a lot from.
What’s your go to lunch? My wife used to make me sandwiches religiously but since the arrival of our son, whatever I can get my hands on. I do love a good burrito though!!!
What do you listen to on the way to work? Talksport although it’s not as good now Laura Woods has left.
