Early Bird Reservation

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Choose Your New Edgefold Home

The Early Bird Scheme is available on selected developments where properties are yet to be released and currently fall within the next 12 month period. Please enquire with the Sales Manager here to see if your development is eligible.

Step 2: Complete the Reservation Form

Once you’ve selected your perfect Edgefold home, our dedicated Sales team will provide you with a guide price (which is subject to change). You can then complete a quick and easy Early Bird Reservation with an Edgefold Homes representative. Don’t worry, if you have missed out on the plot you love, we will have a waiting list and contact you prior to launch to update you on the situation.

Step 3: Pay a £150 Refundable Deposit

Secure your Early Bird reservation with a fully refundable £150 reservation fee. At Edgefold Homes, we’re committed to providing you with a seamless and stress-free home buying experience. If, for any reason, you choose not to proceed with your purchase, your Early Bird reservation fee will be promptly refunded, no questions asked (please allow up to 14 days for this to be refunded).

Step 4: Ready to Reserve?

If you have a property to sell, our team will advise you approximately 8 weeks prior to release, allowing you to commence marketing your property. This will give you plenty of time to market your property and get Sold Subject to Contract before we release the property to the open market.

Step 5: First Refusal

When your selected property is released for sale, you will have first refusal. At this point if you are not in a proceedable position, Edgefold Homes will be unable to continue with a full reservation and your Early Bird reservation fee will be returned.
